Tessemae's Mac and Cheese!

I whipped this up from things I had in my house and it took about 30 minutes! You will need:

20 uncooked medium-large shrimp
1 1/2 cups of Tessemaes All Natural
1/2 cups of organic bronze cut orzo
1 cup of sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup of pine nuts
Fresh Rosemary
Ground Pepper
Crab Spice

In a skillet, brown pine nuts on high and then place in a separate bowl. Take cup of Tessemaes and put in the already hot skillet with mushrooms and then reduce heat to low. Let the mushrooms simmer for a couple minutes and then add the pine nuts, rosemary, and thawed raw shrimp. Grate 1/2 cup of fresh parmesan, grind pepper to taste and Crab Spice to taste in the mixture. Mix and let simmer. Cook 1 1/2 cups of orzo and put the cooked orzo in the mixture. Make sure there is enough Tessemaes in the skillet to cover the entire mixture including the orzo, if there is not enough...ADD MORE TESSEMAES! Let the entire mixture simmer for 10 minutes so that the orzo absorbs all the flavors.

Serve with a Tessemaes salad and you are good to go!

Awesome new recipe

I made this last night out of no where and it turned out great. You need:
1 red onion
1 clove garlic
1 Shallot
Handful of grape tomatoes sliced in half
2 tablespoons of crab spice (you can put more in if you want)
1/2 cup Tessemaes
8 chicken thighs

Pre heat oven to 400. While the oven is preheating start the process of preparing the dish...I put everything (minus the chicken) in a skillet and let it simmer. While doing that, brown the chicken thighs on each side. When the good stuff is done fusing together, put the chicken in a baking dish and pour the concoction over top making sure that all the chicken pieces get some love. Bake until the chicken is done.

While the chicken is cooking in the oven cook up a cup of whole wheat cous cous. After the chicken is done put a hearty spoon full of cous cous on your plate, scoop up the chicken and place on top. Make sure you pour the sauce from the pan and the simmered mix on top of the chicken and the grate a little bit of fresh parmesan on top. Couple that with some organic lettuce with Tessemaes on top and watch out...this dish is awesome! Its called "The Thigh Master".
