"I run a medical weight loss program in MD. I have been sending my dieters to whole foods to get it, but they can't seem to find it. I would love to be able to provide this to my patients. Can i buy it from you? Please advise. Thank you!"

Response to my reply email:

"How exciting! When you get a moment, please send pricing info. I would love to stock it in my clinic so that they can purchase it at the onset of their program! By the way, I'm affiliated with 10 other clinics in the area. I will pass your info on to them. I will have some very happy dieters knowing they will be able to have their delicious salads again -- me, too!"

How frickin cool is this...making a product that people love so much that email you about it and incorporate the product into a DIET!! Booooyaaaaaaa!

Something crazy delicious

I was responsible for a stir fry dish the other night and didnt want to put that thick disgusting stir fry sauce on my delicious veggies so I created this...Check it:

1 Orange
3 Cloves minced garlic
2 T of soy sauce
1/2 Cup Tessemaes
Parsley
Basil
Oregano
Rosemary
Hot sauce (which ever is your favorite)
2 squeezed lemons
Fresh ground pepper to your liking

Put it in a food processor and get ready for something special. I decided to put a quarter of it on the veggies and chicken while they cooked and to top each dish with it after it was on a plate. WOW!

Tessemae's 'Za

I have now won two pizza cook offs with this recipe. And now, I give it to you. You will need the following:

Whole Wheat Pizza Dough
Hot sauce
Pepperoni
Feta Cheese
Organic pizza sauce
Pesto
Green Peppers
Mushrooms
Red onion
Black Olives
Basil

-Pre-heat the oven to 400, get the dough to a thin even shape on a large cookie sheet that has been rubbed with olive oil.
-Pre cook the dough for about 10 minutes.
-While that is cooking, start simmering the chopped red onion and mushrooms in a frying pan with Tessemaes all natural until they are nice and soft. When they get to the tenderness that you like, take the contents out of the skillet and place on a plate. --Leave the remaining Tessemaes in the frying pan and place the sliced pepperonis in the pan. Cook those suckers until they are crispy. Take the Pepperonis out of the skillet and let them cool on a cutting board.
-Take the dough out of the oven. Make a spiral on the pre cooked dough with the pesto and then follow that same spiral with the pizza sauce so the entire dough is covered. Sprinkle a good hot sauce over top of the spirals.
-Sprinkle chopped green peppers, fresh basil and black olives evenly over top of the dough.
-Take the red onions and mushrooms and spread evenly over top of the dough.
-Take the chopped cooled pepperonis and sprinkle over top of the dough.
-Sprinkle the feta over top of everything
-Place the pizza back in the oven until the dough gets crispy
-When the dough is crispy enough, take the pizza out and drizzle Tessemaes over top of the entire thing

Serve with a Tessemaes Salad and get ready to win every pizza contest you enter!

Burger and a salad

I made the most delicious burger ever! You will need:

2 pounds organic 85/15 beef
1 organic egg
2 T Crab Spice
2 T Tessemaes
1 T Lemon Pepper
Lettuce of your choice--I went with an organic Butter Lettuce
Tomato
Red Onion
Salsa Jack Cheese
Fresh Burger Buns

Mix the egg, Crab Spice, Tessemaes, Lemon Pepper, and ground beef in a bowl. Make patties to desired size and put them on a plate and begin getting the condiments ready.
Pour some Tessemaes in a frying pan and cook the red onion to desired tenderness. Have the onion and tomatoes ready to top on the burger. Put the lettuce in a bowl and top with Tessemaes to taste.
Heat a frying pan with a little olive oil in it to prevent the meat from sticking. Place the burgers in the frying pan and cook for approximately 5-6 minutes each side. Place Salsa Jack cheese on the burgers for the last 2 minutes so it semi-melts. While the burgers are cooking begin toasting the buns in either the oven or the toaster oven.
After the burger is cooked, place the burger on the toasted bun, put the sauteed onion, tomato, and tessemaes lettuce on top. In addition I put some dijon mustard, a little organic ketchup, and some sriracha hot sauce on top.
Get ready to have your mind blown!
